HCOM Global Center will provide economic, language and lifestyle support for overseas students. We also aim to assist local students in their journey to understand and explore the world around them, so that they will be able to work across geographical, racial and ethnic borders in future.

グローバルセンターは、海外からの留学生や日本語を母国語としない学生に対するトータルなサポートを業務とします。また、日本人学生が海外に目を向けることができるよう支援し、国境や人種、民族の枠を超えて活躍できる人材を育成します。

Every foreign national who intends to enter in Japan for study are required to have a visa.
If you have a Certificate of Eligibility issued in advance, it will shorten the processing time of your visa application.
HCOM Global Center can apply for a Certificate of Eligibility for you at Sapporo Regional Immigration Bureau. As soon as your Certificate of Eligibility is issued, we will send it to you in your home country.
When your Certificate of Eligibility reaches you, go to the Japanese Consulate or Embassy in charge of your area to apply for a student visa.

外国籍の方が海外から日本に留学を目的として入国する場合、査証（ビザ）が必要です。
事前に「在留資格認定証明書」の発行を受けておくと、査証申請から発給までの時間を短縮でき、入国時の上陸審査もスムーズになります。
北海道鍼灸専門学校グローバルセンターは、留学生本人に代わって札幌入国管理局に「在留資格認定証明書」の交付を申請することができます。交付された「在留資格認定証明書」は入学予定留学生に送付されます。
在留資格認定証明書が手元に届いたら、あなたの居住する国・地域の日本の在外公館（大使館・領事館）に行き、留学ビザの申請を行ってください。

HCOM Global Center may act as your guarantor, a person who co-signs the lease to share liability with the tenant for any debts to the lessor.
Almost all apartment leases in Japan require a guarantor. Generally, Japanese students ask a family member (parent, sibling, etc.) to serve in this role, but since international students often do not have someone who they can ask to be a guarantor, HCOM Global Center may act as the role

北海道鍼灸専門学校グローバルセンターは、留学生のアパート賃貸借契約の連帯保証人を引き受けています。
連帯保証人とは、借主（ここでは留学生）と連帯して貸主への債務を負担する人のことで、日本の賃貸住宅のほとんどが契約時に連帯保証人を必要とします。日本では家族（親、兄弟など）に連帯保証人を頼むのが一般的ですが、自分で連帯保証人を見つけるのが大変な留学生は、グローバルセンターに連帯保証人を申請してください。
